Digital Consultant (Oracle EPM Financial Close)

Location: Chicago, United States — 550 Van Buren; travel up to 50% may be required for client and internal project work.

Base salary: $105,000–$130,000 annually. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive opportunity: $117,600–$153,400.

What you will do

• Analyze client requirements and create functional specifications for enterprise financial management solutions.
• Support the selection, planning, and implementation of hirify.global tools, methodologies, and enterprise software.
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and translate business needs into clear project documentation.
• Manage project workstreams, work plans, analytics, reporting, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with client staff and leadership while mentoring junior consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, testing, troubleshooting, and working with business users.
• At least 2 years of experience with Hyperion Financial Management, Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud, and/or Financial Data Quality Management.
• Knowledge of the financial close cycle, joint ventures, ownership structures, equity pickup, foreign currency translation, and consolidated financial statements.
• Experience with financial management reporting and analysis; strong analytical, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with Financial Reporting Studio.
• Experience with account reconciliation using Account Reconciliation Manager, Account Reconciliation Cloud Service, BlackLine, or similar applications.
