Financial Systems Administrator I (Finance Systems)

What you will do

• Administer daily operations, maintenance, user management, security roles, and monitoring for BlackLine, Fintrac, Oracle Cloud EPM, and Prologue.
• Support daily reconciliations, data requirements, monthly forecasting, month-end book close, actual-to-plan-to-forecast reporting, and annual budgeting.
• Load and reconcile data while maintaining planning forms, reporting templates, SmartView templates, and related documentation.
• Provide end-user support and act as a liaison between Finance and IT for reporting environment issues and solutions.
• Maintain system configuration, process, and procedure documentation on SharePoint and shared drives.

Requirements

• Four-year undergraduate degree or equivalent in Information Technology, MIS, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of financial management or accounting experience in a corporate or public environment.
• Knowledge of general business practices and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SmartView.
• Understanding of BlackLine, Oracle databases, Oracle Cloud EPM, Prologue or Cloud GL ERP, and Alteryx.
• Work location: Troy, Michigan, United States.
