Operations Supervisor (Warehouse Distribution)

Hiring salary range: $74,353–$94,011 per year

What you will do

• Supervise the efficient operation of second-shift warehouse distribution departments.
• Identify, organize, plan, and allocate resources according to volume and staffing needs.
• Analyze shift performance indicators, identify process deviations, and take corrective action.
• Engage associates, delegate work, and maintain a positive and collaborative workplace.
• Maintain payroll records, including daily data entry in KRONOS, and contribute to operational status reports.
• Interview, select, train, and provide performance counseling to associates, including termination when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse or related industry.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• At least 6 months of experience involving physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, climbing, reaching, and keyboard use.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., with overtime as needed.
• Knowledge of inbound, outbound, and inventory distribution operations is preferred.
