Operations Supervisor (Warehouse Leadership)

Location: On-site in Chino, California. Monday–Friday schedule starting at 8:00 AM, with flexibility for various shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and motivate 25–28 Warehouse Associates.
• Set and track KPIs covering productivity, order accuracy, safety, and cleanliness.
• Supervise receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits, deliver training, and implement corrective actions.
• Apply LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement practices to reduce waste and bottlenecks.
• Provide real-time coaching, manage performance action plans, and collaborate with leadership on operational improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; relevant experience may substitute for additional education.
• At least 2 years of warehouse operations experience and 2 years of formal leadership experience with teams of 10 or more.
• Experience maintaining safety and regulatory compliance in a warehouse environment.
• Strong communication, delegation, problem-solving, time management, and team engagement skills.
• Computer proficiency, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 30–40 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds, and work in temperatures ranging from approximately -20°F to 35°F.
