Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 25–28 Warehouse Associates.
• Set performance expectations and track KPIs covering productivity, order accuracy, safety, and cleanliness.
• Provide real-time coaching, conduct safety inspections, and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management operations.
• Apply LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement practices to reduce waste and operational bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to implement workflow and performance improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; additional relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• At least 2 years of warehouse operations experience and 2 years of formal leadership experience with teams of 10 or more.
• Experience maintaining safe, compliant warehouse operations and developing warehouse personnel.
• Strong communication, delegation, problem-solving, time-management, and team-engagement skills.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Availability for flexible schedules, various shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays; ability to work in refrigerated and freezer temperatures.
