Digital Product Transformation Consultant

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Hybrid working model with work-from-home and on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices for the majority of the week; travel is required as needed for client-facing work.

Salary: $160,000–$170,250 per year.

What you will do

• Lead clients through transformations of digital product development teams and ways of working.
• Design target operating models covering team topologies, roles, decision rights, governance, intake, and prioritization.
• Build product-management playbooks, frameworks, and reference materials.
• Design and facilitate executive workshops and working sessions that drive alignment and resolve complex decisions.
• Own client workstreams, develop data-driven presentations, manage client relationships, and serve as a key project contact.
• Coach product managers, product owners, and leaders while shaping workflows and tooling in Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!, and similar platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Prior consulting experience is required.
• 6–10 years of combined experience in client-facing management consulting and product management or product ownership roles.
• Direct experience with product operating model and agile transformations.
• Strong facilitation, verbal and written communication, organization, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship are required.
