Industry Strategy Manager (AEC), Digital Project Delivery

Salary: $103,000–$183,920 annual base salary; offers may exceed this range and may include bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Contribute to the vision and strategy for digital project delivery in the hirify.global Forma industry cloud.
• Lead cross-functional programs from strategy through launch across Product, Platform, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success.
• Shape design management capabilities covering deliverable planning, progress measurement, and forecasting.
• Translate project design, coordination, and delivery workflows into product requirements, value propositions, packaging, positioning, and business models.
• Create business cases, forecasts, executive briefings, sales plays, partnerships, and potential merger and acquisition strategies.
• Monitor usage, adoption, customer acquisition, retention, and customer migration while representing hirify.global at industry organizations and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the AEC industry or in strategy, product management, consulting, or go-to-market roles serving AEC.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple disciplines, including collaboration and coordination across firms.
• Experience planning or managing design production at project or program scale, including deliverables, schedules, progress measurement, and forecasting.
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650 information workflows, information requirements, and validation.
• Experience with cloud-based design, collaboration, and management tools for architects, engineers, contractors, and owners; ability to travel internationally.

Nice to have

• MBA and knowledge of cloud and SaaS technology and business landscapes.
• Experience with US public-sector owners, public procurement, and contract vehicles.
• Familiarity with ERP, project controls, resource, cost, and progress data connected to design production.
• Experience conducting research that changed business decisions and building product or portfolio business cases and forecasts.
