Oracle Fusion Cloud - Service Delivery Manager

Location: Local to Washington, DC or Baltimore, MD; additional listed locations include Chicago, Irving, Columbia, Dallas, New York, Bridgewater, Houston, Nashville, and Atlanta.

Salary: $88,544–$233,248 per year, plus possible variable compensation.

What you will do

• Lead delivery and operational management for Oracle Fusion Cloud and Application Managed Services engagements.
• Serve as the primary client contact for service delivery, escalations, operational performance, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee production support, incident management, enhancements, releases, service governance, and business continuity.
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, customer satisfaction, resource planning, forecasting, budgeting, revenue, utilization, and margins.
• Lead governance reviews, executive status meetings, quarterly release planning, impact assessments, testing coordination, and production readiness.
• Identify automation, modernization, expansion, renewal, proposal, and business development opportunities while mentoring delivery teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Oracle consulting, service delivery, managed services, or technology leadership.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including ERP, Financials, SCM, or EPM.
• Proven experience leading enterprise Oracle AMS engagements and managing production support, releases, enhancements, and service governance.
• Experience managing global onshore, offshore, and hybrid delivery teams, senior stakeholders, SLAs, KPIs, financials, and operational performance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Oracle Cloud, PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion AMS transformation, implementation-to-managed-services transitions, or professional services.
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, retail, life sciences, financial services, energy and utilities, or public sector industries.
• Experience with Oracle AI capabilities, digital assistants, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
