Engagement Manager (Wealth Management)

Location: New York; on-site. Full-time role with regional travel as needed.

What you will do

• Translate client problems into scalable hirify.global workflows, reusable playbooks, templates, and demo assets.
• Maintain accurate dashboards, usage metrics, adoption data, health tracking, and delivery plans.
• Run operating cadences with agendas, decision records, action logs, owners, deadlines, and dependency tracking.
• Build data-driven client relationships and drive the trial-to-conversion-to-renewal motion with Growth.
• Measure ROI, increase adoption through builders, and turn client feedback into plans with Engineering and Product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a tier 1 consultancy.
• Ability to turn ambiguous client requests into scoped delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Technical fluency in workflows, data, and failure modes, with credibility when working with engineers.
• Strong operational hygiene, including reliable tracking, documentation, and governance.
• Clear, proactive communication skills, with a habit of escalating early and closing loops.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-changing environment and travel within the region as needed.
