What you will do

• Own delivery of assigned reactor core components from design release through manufacturing, inspection, shipment, site delivery, and commissioning.
• Coordinate Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and PMO stakeholders.
• Maintain integrated execution plans, schedules, milestones, risk registers, dashboards, and leadership reports.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, supplier technical reviews, manufacturing readiness assessments, factory visits, testing, and acceptance activities.
• Resolve cross-functional technical and commercial issues, track supplier performance, and develop recovery plans for schedule risks.
• Ensure fabrication complies with design requirements, applicable codes, specifications, and quality requirements while improving delivery processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, project engineering, technical program management, or component delivery for complex industrial systems.
• Experience managing technically complex hardware from design through fabrication and delivery, including external suppliers and manufacturers.
• Experience with engineering change management, configuration control, engineering drawings, specifications, manufacturing documentation, and technical requirements.
• Strong project planning, organizational, communication, risk management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience in nuclear, aerospace, defense, energy, heavy industrial, or highly regulated manufacturing programs.
• Knowledge of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, NQA-1, ISO 9001, or comparable quality systems.
• Familiarity with machining, welding, heat treatment, nondestructive examination, and final assembly.
• Experience with first-of-a-kind product development, prototype hardware, supplier technical reviews, or factory acceptance testing.
• PMP certification or equivalent program management experience.
