Product Line Manager III (Semiconductor)

Location: Austin, TX; Boise, ID; Chandler, AZ; Dallas, TX; Dallas-Richardson, TX; Manassas, VA; Phoenix, AZ; or Tempe, AZ. Travel required 20% of the time. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $108,000–$148,500 per year.

What you will do

• Serve as the field focal point and subject matter expert for AGS spares repair products for a key customer.
• Develop and implement plans to drive repair-product adoption across the customer's sites globally.
• Understand the customer's organizational landscape and buying processes.
• Collaborate with division, field, and account teams to support product deployment and performance.
• Track repair-product KPIs and financial targets while identifying actionable insights from large data sets.
• Lead functional teams or projects and communicate complex concepts with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Depth or breadth of expertise in hirify.global repair parts products and processes.
• Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor industry wafer fabrication equipment manufacturing.
• Strong awareness and understanding of the key customer's culture.
• Analytical skills for reviewing large data sets, forming conclusions, and driving product actions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to solve complex problems, exercise judgment, negotiate effectively, and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
