AVP Banking Center Manager (Branch Manager)

Location: Lincolnton, North Carolina, United States; regular full-time banking center role.

What you will do

• Manage banking center staff, including hiring, training, performance management, coaching, development, and staffing decisions.
• Lead daily team activities focused on relationship building, customer service, referrals, account opening, lending, and business development.
• Grow and retain the client base by identifying customer needs, making recommendations, and developing professional relationships.
• Manage daily banking center operations, strategic execution, internal controls, audit readiness, security, and fraud prevention.
• Build community relationships and support local business development, brand recognition, and recruiting efforts.
• Resolve client concerns and maintain effective communication with team members and regional leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of retail client service and/or business development experience.
• Proven achievement of business growth goals and financial targets.
• Experience managing, leading, and coaching professionals, with comprehensive knowledge of bank products, services, regulations, and operational standards.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• NMLS registration, or successful completion of the NMLS process within 30 days of hire.

Nice to have
