SVP, Regional Executive, Retail Banking

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Banking Center Managers and retail banking teams across the region.
• Execute regional banking strategies and drive business growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational compliance.
• Monitor business development KPIs, client growth, pricing exceptions, fee waivers, service standards, and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate multiple banking centers and business partners to achieve regional objectives.
• Analyze industry trends, competitive activity, market changes, and regional opportunities and risks.
• Recruit and retain talent while supporting community engagement, brand recognition, and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience.
• 5+ years of business development and retail leadership experience, preferably leading 5–7 retail banking branches.
• Consistent achievement of business growth goals and financial targets.
• Experience managing, leading, and coaching professionals.
• Knowledge of retail banking products, services, regulations, and business development techniques.
• NMLS registration or successful completion of the NMLS process within 30 days of hire; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
