Market Coordinator (Electric Mobility)

Location: Los Angeles, United States; on-site and field-based

Salary: $30.00 per hour, plus eligibility for a sales incentive program

hirify.global is an early-stage electric mobility company developing vertically integrated small electric vehicles designed to replace local car, truck, and SUV trips.

What you will do

• Deliver customer experiences in mobile demonstrations and retail environments.
• Educate customers about hirify.global vehicles, lead demo rides, and support sales conversion.
• Set up, operate, and break down mobile demos, events, pop-ups, and partner activations.
• Drive and maintain the demo van and local fleet, keeping vehicles clean, charged, and customer-ready.
• Build local community connections, represent the brand, and share customer feedback with the Market Manager.
• Support retail operations, inventory tracking, reporting, safety, compliance, and supervision when the Market Manager is away.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in retail, events, sales, hospitality, brand ambassador, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, storytelling, and active selling skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic field environment, including weekends and events.
• Knowledge of and comfort riding a bike in Los Angeles, with enthusiasm for local community engagement.
• Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid U.S. driver’s license with at least three years of licensed driving experience, and pass background and motor vehicle checks.
• Interest in cycling, micromobility, electric vehicles, or innovative consumer brands.
