Personal Banker II (Consumer Lending)

Location: Fully onsite at 545 12th Street, Paso Robles, CA 93446, United States

Salary: $20–$24 per hour, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Deliver timely, proactive client service and identify appropriate banking products and services.
• Conduct personal and business financial reviews to uncover client needs and recommend solutions.
• Open consumer and business accounts for new and existing clients.
• Originate consumer loans independently and business loans independently or with minimal assistance.
• Maintain client relationships, resolve problems, and follow through on commitments.
• Support teller operations, including cash transactions, account balancing, and branch referrals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of teller or other banking experience.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer banking products and demonstrated consumer lending proficiency.
• Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform calculations.
• Ability to expand client relationships and build new business through rapport and financial discussions.
• Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) license within 60 days.
