What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions that improve financial wellbeing and increase loyalty.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Educate customers on transaction-management options and use digital tools and resources.
• Resolve customer issues while applying product and procedural knowledge.
• Follow risk-management policies and support accurate, efficient daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish is required.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent is typically expected; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, customer service, prospecting, and proactive sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, customer-focus, and multitasking skills.
