Salary: $26.25–$30.68 per hour, plus potential incentive earnings

What you will do

• Build lasting customer relationships by understanding financial goals and providing tailored recommendations.
• Support customers’ spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs, including home purchases and new credit cards.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking options, including the bank’s app and ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners on complex financial needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire customers and schedule financial checkup appointments.
• Follow financial policies, cash-handling procedures, and applicable state and local laws and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of sales and customer service experience with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, questioning, needs-identification, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use digital technology, multitask, and collaborate with teammates and business partners.
• Ability to work varying branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Must comply with SAFE Act requirements, complete pre-employment screening, and obtain a unique NMLS identifier.

• At least 1 year of cash-handling experience.
