Phone Shop Supervisor (Mobile Retail)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Phone Shop team to deliver excellent customer service and sales advice.
• Act on customer feedback and improve the shopping experience, product availability, and in-store standards.
• Manage product handling, storage, shelf presentation, merchandising, and scheduled range activities.
• Control department costs, manage the budget, and reduce waste through accurate routines.
• Work with the hirify.global Mobile Regional Operations Manager and store management team to achieve Phone Shop performance goals.
• Support local community initiatives and create a respectful, positive environment for colleagues and customers.

Requirements

• Ability to build relationships and maintain contacts with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Passion for delivering the right outcomes for customers and colleagues.
• Strong decision-making skills, including the ability to assess priorities, constraints, and available information.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work cooperatively toward shared goals.
• Availability to work in the Galway Phone Shop.
