Phone Shop Supervisor (Tesco Mobile)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Phone Shop team, building product knowledge, confidence, and effective customer engagement.
• Deliver excellent customer service by acting on feedback and maintaining high standards of product availability, presentation, handling, and storage.
• Manage department budgets, control costs, minimize waste, and complete waste routines accurately.
• Support sales growth through range implementation, merchandising activities, and effective product recommendations.
• Work with the Tesco Mobile Regional Operations Manager and Store management team to achieve Phone Shop performance goals.
• Encourage respectful teamwork and participation in local community initiatives.
