Quality Assurance Manager (SAP MM-IM)

Location: Wroclaw, Poland; hybrid with 60% office and 40% home. The warehouse is located in Wojkowice 36, 55-020 Żórawina, Lower Silesian Voivodeship. Working abroad is available for up to 20 days in approved countries.

Salary: 126,600–154,700 PLN

What you will do

• Maintain accurate inventory values and system stock levels across SAP MM-IM, legacy systems, and 3PL warehouse management systems.
• Define, execute, and improve inventory processes while resolving discrepancies, WMS failures, and interface issues.
• Support SAP rollouts as Business Process Owner and Key User for SAP MM-IM.
• Own financial closing processes, including in-transit inventory reconciliation.
• Conduct cycle counts, spot checks, variance analysis, and audits across warehouses, 3PL partners, and digital listings.
• Monitor returns, damages, and restocking processes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a comparable role.
• Knowledge of SAP MM-IM; experience with SAP CI and IDoc monitoring is beneficial.
• Solid understanding of warehouse and fulfilment processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, including experience with data analysis.
• Fluent English required; German is an advantage.
• 12-month fixed-term contract.

• Familiarity with SQL and Tableau.
• Knowledge of German.
