Assistant Distribution Manager (EMEA)

What you will do

• Manage governance and continuous improvement of Value-Added Services across the EMEA distribution network.
• Oversee sub-inventory processes for B-Grade, C-Grade, donations, recycling, destruction, and outlet inventory.
• Develop and analyze reports, dashboards, error-rate metrics, and KPIs covering VAS, inventory adjustments, compliance, and financial impact.
• Identify operational risks and inefficiencies, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Coordinate inventory adjustments, data validation, reconciliation, purchase orders, invoices, and system enhancements with IT, Finance, Distribution Centres, Customer Service, Sales, and logistics providers.
• Support VAS onboarding, issue resolution, inline sample returns, disposal approvals, and communication of corrective actions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in inventory management, supply chain, logistics, distribution, or operational analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, process improvement, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with operational reporting, dashboard development, and cross-functional process management.
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems; Oracle experience is preferred.
• Understanding of inventory governance and warehouse processes.
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
