Associate Operations Manager (E-Bike Operations)

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per year, depending on experience

hirify.global develops and operates light electric vehicle and fleet management solutions for last-mile delivery, including e-bikes, e-mopeds and e-cargo bikes.

What you will do

• Manage UK-wide spare parts planning, distribution and supplier coordination for hirify.global’s electric vehicle fleet.
• Act as the point of contact for central Supply Chain and Hardware teams on fleet forecasting and parts planning.
• Manage the in-house parts rework team and oversee output for batteries, IoT devices, controllers, displays and motors.
• Own operational excellence processes related to battery safety, system accuracy and UK operations.
• Work with the UK Head of Operations on growth and profitability projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, inventory management or warehousing.
• Experience working with imperfect data in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, prioritisation, implementation and problem-solving skills; spreadsheet expertise is required, with BigQuery and AI tools preferred.
• Experience managing projects and building tools and processes that improve operational efficiency.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; people management and operational health and safety experience are preferred.
