Senior Analyst, Client Analytics (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Partner with Client and Account Management teams to support pharmaceutical manufacturer relationships, business reviews, and program optimization.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and measurement frameworks for prescription, patient journey, and program performance.
• Analyze script volume, conversion, fulfillment, abandonment, persistence, and other patient journey metrics.
• Conduct funnel, cohort, trend, and deep-dive analyses across products, programs, channels, providers, payers, and geographies.
• Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations, data-driven narratives, and client-facing insights.
• Partner with Data Engineering to build scalable data models, improve data quality, and automate recurring reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial, client, or business analytics.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Strong experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Experience analyzing prescription, patient journey, program performance, pharmacy, claims, or patient services data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, data visualization, and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to pharmaceutical clients and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with pharmaceutical, pharmacy, patient services, hub services, or life sciences data.
• Experience supporting client-facing or Account Management teams.
• Experience using AI-enabled analytics and development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or MCP-based tools.
• Python or R experience.
