Senior Producer, Marcom (US)

Location: United States; remote-first role

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with creative, strategy, and technology teams to shape compelling, on-brand ideas and content.
• Own integrated projects from initial brief or pitch through final delivery.
• Manage concurrent workstreams, identify risks, maintain mitigation plans, and escalate issues when needed.
• Act as the day-to-day client contact, build senior stakeholder trust, present work, and facilitate cross-functional reviews.
• Own project scope, statements of work, budgets, profitability, and vendor or freelancer relationships.
• Mentor producers and help improve production practices while monitoring emerging channels, technology, and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading integrated projects across digital, social, video, content, and campaign initiatives.
• Background in production, line production, account management, or program management.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining direct client relationships.
• Fluency in budget management, SOW creation, P&L management, and scope discussions.
• Experience sourcing and managing vendors and freelancers.
• Ability to work quickly while staying organized, accountable, collaborative, and focused on delivery.
