Executive Producer

Location: Los Angeles; Monday–Thursday required in the office, with optional work-from-home Fridays. Travel within the US and internationally may be required.

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 annually, based on location and experience.

What you will do

• Drive production-related business development, including proposals, presentations, pitches, scope expansions, and partnership opportunities.
• Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact, aligning project goals with business objectives and gathering post-production feedback.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, kick-offs, budgets, bids, timelines, risk mitigation, and delivery from pre-production through post-production.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors, talent, and crew while coordinating directors, producers, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop scalable production systems, workflows, documentation, and tools to improve efficiency and team bandwidth.
• Use automation and data insights to optimize repetitive processes, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive production leadership experience in creative industries such as fashion, wellness, or retail.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience maintaining productive client relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep cross-functional teams focused on client-aligned delivery.
• Ability to work in person in the Los Angeles office Monday through Thursday.
• Availability for extended hours, including evenings and weekends, when required by client deadlines.
