What you will do

• Partner with creative, strategy, and technology teams to shape compelling, on-brand work.
• Own workstreams and supported projects from briefing through final delivery.
• Build timelines, track deliverables, document approvals, and identify risks early.
• Lead day-to-day client communication, including meetings, status updates, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate resourcing across disciplines and manage vendor and freelancer relationships.
• Track project financials, maintain budget documentation, and support other producers and team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience at an agency, production company, or related role.
• Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and project outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Interest in brand and marketing production across campaigns, video, social, and digital.
• Client-service mindset, initiative, sound judgment, and ability to ask effective questions.
• Collaborative, humble, creative, and action-oriented approach.

• Interest in emerging technology, new channels, and AI-enabled workflows.
