Localization Project Manager

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States

Salary: $92,340–$159,600 annually, plus potential bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

hirify.global is a short-form mobile video platform whose Global Business Marketing organization provides marketing and localization services to internal functional teams.

What you will do

• Manage the full localization lifecycle, from project initiation through execution and closure.
• Coordinate with internal requestors, North America stakeholders, and external language service providers to deliver written content on time and to a high standard.
• Analyze source files, identify project risks, and establish preventive measures.
• Track project financial data and ensure spending remains within budget.
• Organize LSP training sessions, review feedback, and troubleshoot project issues.
• Recommend process improvements and optimize localization tools and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of localization project management experience.
• Proven experience managing language localization projects and collaborating with LSPs in North America.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills required.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and quality focus.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and collaborate effectively across teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with computer-aided translation tools such as SDL Studio, XTM Cloud, or WorldServer.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, or technology teams.
