Associate Client Manager (Retail)

Location: US-Remote; Chicago, IL, United States

Salary: $69,800–$84,000 per year, with potential sales-based or performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with customers to define objectives, strengthen relationships, and maximize the value of hirify.global solutions.
• Analyze complex business issues and large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Lead client presentations and provide proactive recommendations based on hirify.global tools, syndicated data, and industry expertise.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer partnerships and support adoption, growth, and value creation.
• Coordinate with internal partners to align deliverables with customer objectives and ensure on-time solution delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CPG, retail, market research, analytics, or consulting.
• Advanced data analysis and synthesis skills, including the ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience managing complex client relationships and resolving problems effectively.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, critical thinking, and prioritization skills.
• Undergraduate or master’s degree.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global or similar platforms, syndicated data, and retail measurement tools.
• Category management experience.
