Head of People

Location: Louisville, Colorado, United States. Flexible hybrid work structure with in-office collaboration strongly encouraged. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What you will do

• Build and lead the People function across talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits.
• Develop and implement a scalable People strategy aligned with the company mission and strategic vision across domestic and global operations.
• Lead performance management, career frameworks, leveling guides, and manager enablement programs.
• Advise executives and senior leaders on organizational, management, employee relations, and people strategy matters.
• Partner with leadership on compensation philosophy, benchmarking, benefits, policies, and people operations.
• Develop an inclusive, accountable, transparent, high-performance culture while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years of leadership or business partner experience.
• Experience creating or significantly scaling People functions at fast-growth startups.
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders to drive strategy and results.
• Strong knowledge of current labor laws and regulations.
• Strategic, systems-oriented, organized, resourceful, and comfortable operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
