Senior HR Business Partner (Telecom)

Location: Hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado, with two days per week in the office

Salary: $87,600–$134,700 USD annually

What you will do

• Partner with commercial and sales leadership to develop HR strategies supporting revenue growth and market expansion.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, change management, and workforce planning.
• Lead HR activities for acquisition integration, including organizational design, talent assessment, culture alignment, and communications.
• Drive talent planning, succession planning, high-potential development, performance management, and diverse talent pipelines.
• Support sales compensation alignment, headcount planning, workforce productivity, and sales effectiveness.
• Use engagement data, HR analytics, and cross-functional partnerships to improve employee experience, culture, compliance, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including direct HRBP support for sales or commercial organizations.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent change management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting or leading M&A integration or large-scale transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred; HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR is a plus.
