MDS - Analyst (Market Data)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid workplace model with at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Maintain market data inventory records in Optimize Spend (F.I.T.S.) and support data quality reviews, audits, and reconciliation.
• Process and validate vendor invoices against pricing schedules and contracts, investigate discrepancies, and support cost allocation.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, spend reporting, invoice approvals, accruals, and financial control records.
• Support vendor management, contract reviews, renewals, amendments, and coordination with Legal, Compliance, and Procurement.
• Process market data service requests through ServiceNow and coordinate onboarding, access, entitlements, and service setup.
• Maintain process documentation and help ensure compliance with market data policies, procedures, and usage guidelines.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, market data, procurement, operations, vendor management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with invoice processing, financial reporting, or operational support activities.
• Exposure to vendor management, contract administration, procurement, inventory management, or workflow tools.
• Knowledge of investment management or financial markets.
• Familiarity with market data vendors such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Morningstar, LSEG (Refinitiv), exchanges, rating agencies, or research providers.
• Knowledge of Optimize Spend (F.I.T.S.).
