Senior Analyst, Investment Management (Real Estate)

Location: Los Angeles, California; employees must work at least four full days each week in an hirify.global office

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually, plus incentive pay

What you will do

• Develop property-level operating strategies with Investment Managers and analyze leases, capital projects, and other factors affecting asset value.
• Review Argus and Excel valuation models and support acquisition and disposition processes, including due diligence.
• Prepare financial analyses comparing portfolio and property performance with industry benchmarks.
• Support annual business plans, quarterly reports, operating budgets, capital budgets, and variance reporting.
• Coordinate with property managers, leasing personnel, insurance and tax consultants, lenders, and other third-party providers.
• Evaluate prospective tenants, lease packages, market data, lender compliance, and internal audit requirements.

Requirements

• Four-year undergraduate degree, or equivalent, in Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial or multifamily real estate, or related business activity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to interpret present-value concepts and financial terminology and make well-reasoned recommendations.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work in a complex, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work at least four full days per week in the Los Angeles hirify.global office.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate education or property-level experience.
• Experience with AI, Argus, VTS, RealPage, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Continued education or professional development in real estate.
