Senior FP&A Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid in St Louis Park, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $76,000–$141,100 annually, with potential eligibility for additional compensation such as annual incentives.

What you will do

• Support annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly and weekly reporting and analysis.
• Partner with general managers and finance leaders to improve predictability, accountability, and business execution.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations on product introductions, sales channels, manufacturing options, and sourcing opportunities.
• Analyze orders, backlog, industry trends, and competitive performance.
• Build financial roadmaps and track capital and expense investments against strategic and operating targets.
• Develop and support working capital improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial planning, operational finance, or corporate finance.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneStream XF or similar tools such as HFM or Essbase.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, fact-based problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work accurately under time constraints and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• MBA or CPA/CMA qualification.
