Investment Advisors Analyst (ETF/Finance)

Location: Denver, Colorado; onsite during training, then hybrid two days per week

Salary: $67,500–$97,000 USD per year, plus potential discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.

What you will do

• Conduct macroeconomic, market, sector, security-level, and ETF industry research for active and passive investment strategies.
• Support Portfolio Managers with data-driven investment decision-making across equity, fixed income, and derivative portfolios.
• Develop ETF insights, market commentary, presentations, sales materials, and client-facing updates.
• Support trade execution, cash management, corporate actions, and other portfolio administration activities.
• Improve and automate recurring research, reporting, data-validation, and portfolio-management workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong market knowledge, intellectual curiosity, and a self-starter mentality.
• Ability to independently investigate questions, validate data, and communicate conclusions clearly.
• Strong writing and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex investment and market information concisely.
• Experience with Python, workflow automation, financial data platforms, or AI-enabled research tools is preferred.
• Must be willing to work onsite during training and hybrid two days per week in Denver.
