Analyst, Evergreen Portfolio Management (Private Markets)

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work arrangement. Employees receive 18 remote workdays per quarter with manager approval.

Base salary: $95,000–$105,000 per year, plus a discretionary annual bonus and potential long-term rewards and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage liquidity across multi-strategy private markets evergreen portfolios, including cash balances, liquidity risk limits, credit line utilization, and investable capital.
• Own model portfolios and target investment parameters for evergreen fund leadership.
• Analyze diversification, tactical strategy allocations, investment pacing, suitability, and investment sizing.
• Collaborate daily with senior portfolio managers and primary, secondary, and direct investment teams.
• Support new product launches, portfolio construction enhancements, and strategic initiatives across the evergreen platform.
• Develop analytical tools, dashboards, reporting frameworks, liquidity forecasts, and content on portfolio investments, performance, and fund liquidity.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in private equity, investment-related quantitative analysis, evergreen fund investment, investment banking, private credit, venture capital, portfolio management, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with quantitative financial models and data-driven investment analysis.
• Proficiency with AI, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, and data visualization tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical investment and fund management concepts clearly.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, problem-solving, and execution skills.
