Strategic Business Analyst (Construction Technology)

What you will do

• Partner with program managers and cross-functional teams across finance, procurement, IT, and capital planning to identify stakeholders and gather requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to identify pain points, align goals, and document stakeholder needs.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements, current-state and future-state workflows, and system expectations.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy options, vendor solutions, and internal capabilities to support technology decisions.
• Produce Business Requirements Documents and requirements for integrations between multiple systems.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of project management experience with Trimble, formerly e-Builder.
• At least 5 years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise or global clients.
• Experience with process design, process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and analytical solutions.
• Ability to work with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including managing upward.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and experience with BI or reporting platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, data centers, airports, or similarly complex operational environments.
• Familiarity with Procore, e-Builder, Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, Newforma, or other construction and capital planning systems.
• Experience with technology implementations, administration, or optimization.
