Senior International Sourcing & SFN Manager (Logistics)

Location: Remote - United Kingdom. Regular travel across the UK, EU, and Australia is required for site visits and partner meetings.

What you will do

• Own the international operator sourcing pipeline across the UK, EMEA, and Australia from market intelligence and identification through assessment, commercial origination, contracting, and handover.
• Maintain operator pipelines, complete regional due diligence, and conduct in-market site visits during sourcing.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiate MSAs, resolve non-standard contractual clauses with legal, and ensure contracts support operational ramp requirements.
• Manage ongoing relationships with international partner sites, including SLA tracking, QBR preparation, operational escalations, and performance improvement plans.
• Coordinate with operations teams to improve partner productivity, compliance, and profitability.
• Deliver monthly international network health reports covering certification, compliance, and partner performance.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in third-party logistics, fulfillment network management, real estate sourcing, or a related field within the UK and EU markets.
• Deep knowledge of the UK and EU logistics and 3PL operator landscape.
• Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with logistics operators or landlords.
• Experience managing supplier or partner performance frameworks, improvement plans, cure notices, and exit recommendations.
• Strong analytical, reporting, problem-solving, project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and willingness to travel regularly across the UK, EU, and Australia.
