Manufacturing Continuous Skills Development Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at 750 John Bowden Pkwy, Robinson, Texas, United States

Salary: $65,500–$98,000 annually, plus potential performance bonuses and other compensation.

Company

Walmart is expanding a company-owned milk processing facility serving stores across Texas and surrounding states, producing Great Value and Member’s Mark milk products.

What you will do

• Implement and coordinate facility-level training programs, including hourly associate and leadership development programs.
• Lead change initiatives by coordinating project teams, communications, stakeholder alignment, and change interventions.
• Measure training effectiveness and change-program performance, tracking completion, quality, and key performance indicators.
• Coach associates and facility leaders while supporting cross-functional collaboration and continuous learning.
• Partner with Quality, Safety, Human Resources, home office, and facility leadership teams to deliver corporate initiatives.
• Support safe and compliant operations by addressing unsafe conditions, housekeeping issues, equipment availability, and correct ways of working.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate, or 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or a distribution center environment.
• Alternatively, 2 or more years of college in Business or a related field.
• Experience coordinating training, supporting operational initiatives, and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite at the Robinson, Texas facility.

Nice to have

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment.
