Annual salary: $65,500–$98,000, plus potential performance-based bonuses and other additional compensation.

What you will do

• Implement and coordinate training programs at the facility level, including leadership development and hourly associate training.
• Manage change program execution, delivery quality, stakeholder alignment, communications, and program interventions.
• Lead project teams supporting change initiatives and establish key performance indicators to measure progress and outcomes.
• Coordinate with facility and home-office associates, leadership, Quality, Safety, Human Resources, and Implementation Managers.
• Maintain training materials, schedule required training, assess program effectiveness, and audit progress.
• Coach associates, encourage cross-functional teamwork, resolve delivery issues, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate, or 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or a distribution center environment.
• Alternatively, 2 or more years of college in Business or a related field.
• Ability to work onsite at the Harrisonville, Missouri facility.
• Experience coordinating training, change initiatives, stakeholder relationships, and associate development is aligned with the role's responsibilities.
