Continuous Skills Development Manager

Location: Onsite in Hermiston, Oregon, United States

Annual salary: $65,500–$98,000, plus potential performance-based bonuses and other compensation.

What you will do

• Implement and coordinate training programs at the facility level and collaborate with the functional and divisional training network.
• Manage change-program execution, delivery quality, stakeholder alignment, communications, and program interventions.
• Lead project teams supporting change initiatives, establish change KPIs, and coordinate messaging across projects and facility stakeholders.
• Execute leadership development and hourly associate training programs, track required training, and assess program effectiveness.
• Coach facility leaders and associates, support engagement and cross-functional teamwork, and identify issues that could delay deliverables.
• Coordinate with facility and home-office leadership to implement corporate initiatives while supporting Quality, Safety, and Human Resources training requirements.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate, or 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or a distribution-center environment.
• Alternatively, 2 or more years of college education in business or a related field.
• Ability to work onsite at the Hermiston, Oregon facility.
• Experience or capability in training coordination, stakeholder communication, change implementation, and team development.
