Field Service Technician (Gaming)

Location: Grant, Oklahoma, United States; daily travel within the assigned territory, with regional and national travel of up to 30%.

What you will do

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and remove gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
• Respond to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical technical issues.
• Complete pre-site surveys, review installation documents, and perform assigned field service activities.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and report service activities using field service management tools.
• Provide technical support and documentation to customers, and report service trends and challenges.
• Follow safety procedures while operating service vehicles and working in casino environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Clean, valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license as required for the location; application, payment, and renewal support is provided.
• Ability to travel daily in the assigned territory and travel regionally or nationally for up to 30% of the time.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, push up to 250 pounds with moving equipment, climb ladders, and drive for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Experience as a slot technician, field service technician, or diagnostic technician.
• Experience with electronics, mechanics, troubleshooting, on-call work, or business travel.
