Technical Service Representative - Electromechanical

What you will do

• Answer inbound calls and emails from authorized dealer technicians.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot installed systems using established diagnostic techniques.
• Assist dealer technicians with remote diagnostic tools and standard technical questions.
• Authorize warranty repairs and arrange parts shipments when required.
• Document, track, and monitor customer requests, product failures, and improvement opportunities.
• Train new dealer technicians to navigate warranty systems and submit electronic claims.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical AC/DC fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting, active listening, and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to customers with different levels of technical experience.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in an office environment, including computer-based work and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Spanish bilingual ability.
