Associate Producer, Mobile (AI)

Location: Santa Monica, California, United States; onsite four days per week

Salary: $24.43–$45.19 per hour in the United States

hirify.global develops, publishes, and distributes interactive entertainment, including major video game franchises and mobile titles.

What you will do

• Coordinate production for an unannounced mobile title based on an established franchise.
• Manage bug and task databases, build schedules, deliveries, distributions, and project documentation.
• Coordinate localization, legal asset clearances, first-party submissions, and build feedback.
• Plan and run user tests with consumers and internal partners.
• Work with developers, QA, team leaders, senior production staff, and cross-functional partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Hire, contract, and manage third-party vendors.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of project or team management experience in the video game industry.
• Experience shipping at least one live-operated or free-to-play video game project.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other project management software.
• Fluency in AI-driven automated processes for production workflows, including bug database management and asset approvals.
• Excellent communication, initiative, curiosity, resourcefulness, structure, rigor, and attention to detail.
• Passion for video games and ability to work onsite in Santa Monica four days per week.
