Location: Eugene, Oregon, United States; onsite. Relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $63,000–$82,000 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate development of software projects from concept through release and live operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, studio leadership, project teams, and external resources.
• Own project estimation, budgeting, prioritization, scheduling, resource allocation, and contractual delivery.
• Plan, negotiate, and manage outsourcing contracts and external development resources.
• Track financial performance, project schedules, risks, issues, and mitigation plans; provide status and financial reports.
• Coordinate QA and project teams on bug assignment, prioritization, resolution, demos, and project retrospectives.

Requirements

• Strong project management practices and expertise with project management and task-tracking software.
• Financial and business acumen with careful, objective, and detail-oriented work habits.
• Proactive communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Unity, Unreal, or another proprietary game engine.
• Strong interest in interactive experiences and successful product launches.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required; continued employment may depend on successfully maintaining clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience developing games, simulations, or interactive products for education, training, or other mission-driven clients.
• PMI PMP certification.
