What you will do

• Coordinate information flow across creative teams and assigned production pipelines.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps while tracking progress against goals.
• Communicate project status, risks, opportunities, dependencies, and scope changes to key collaborators.
• Develop and refine production processes that improve studio efficiency, communication, and quality of life.
• Mentor production team members and provide leadership, information, and resources.
• Partner with the tools team to advance production software and evaluate game scope through regular play sessions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a production role supporting cross-functional teams on AAA projects.
• Solid understanding of video game development, software development processes, and project management practices.
• Experience working with designers and cross-discipline pipelines.
• Expertise in production methodologies and software.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a creative, methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
