Associate Producer (Mobile)

Location: Santa Monica, California, United States; onsite four days per week

Salary: $24.43–$45.19 hourly

Activision develops, publishes, and distributes interactive entertainment across major gaming franchises, including mobile games.

What you will do

• Coordinate production for an unannounced mobile title based on an established franchise with an external developer.
• Manage bug databases, project plans, build schedules, deliveries, and distribution.
• Coordinate localization, legal asset reviews, first-party submissions, and SKU deliveries with developers, QA, and partner groups.
• Plan and run user tests with consumers and internal partners, and provide feedback on quality and feature goals.
• Organize production meetings, maintain records, and prepare progress reports and supporting documents.
• Hire, contract, and manage third-party vendors while serving as a contact for brand, marketing, and PR groups.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of project or team management experience in the video game industry.
• At least one shipped live-operated or free-to-play video game project.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other project management software.
• Fluency in AI-driven automated processes for production workflows, including bug management and asset approvals.
• Excellent communication skills, resourcefulness, curiosity, initiative, rigor, and attention to detail.
• Passion for video games.
