Technical Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Guadalajara, Mexico; future hubs include Mexico City, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, and São Paulo.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end integration, testing, validation, and launch of new payout rails.
• Monitor payment rail status, provider availability, transaction limits, and operational risks.
• Lead outage and disaster-recovery response by coordinating teams and restoring network stability.
• Set up post-launch monitoring and surface product-quality issues.
• Scope cross-functional requests, gather partner documentation, and prepare engineering-ready tickets.
• Create SOPs and runbooks for repeatable processes and incident response.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, product management, analytics, fintech, technology, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency with BI tools and strong analytical skills; SQL proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to understand technical design documents, API contracts, system dependencies, and architecture discussions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, emotional intelligence, and influence without formal authority.
• Native or professional Spanish fluency and high English proficiency are required.
• Ability to operate with urgency and precision in a hyper-growth startup environment.
