Senior Technical Program Manager (FinTech)

Location: Remote US; candidates must work within the United States

Salary: $165,000–$225,000 per year in CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT; $146,000–$206,000 per year in other U.S. states.

What you will do

• Lead complex, high-visibility transformation and operational programs across technology teams.
• Coordinate engineering, product, analytics, design, and other stakeholders around strategy, priorities, and key decisions.
• Implement lean planning processes and promote continuous iteration and improvement.
• Build data-driven operational frameworks to track portfolio performance against OKRs and support investment decisions.
• Develop communication strategies, tools, and forums that improve organizational clarity and information flow.
• Manage change requirements, risks, dependencies, and systemic inefficiencies across programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years of experience managing programs, processes, and change initiatives in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong technical background and deep understanding of software development processes.
• Experience implementing frameworks at scale and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills.
• Passion for improving consumer finance products.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, payments, or commerce.
