Process Engineer - Supply Chain

Location: Onsite in Hurricane, Utah, United States

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock or regional pay-zone compensation.

A large retail and supply chain organization operating a distribution network that moves products from inbound receiving to stores and customers.

What you will do

• Partner with operations leaders to understand constraints and recommend process improvements.
• Conduct time studies, work measurement, and process observations to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Analyze operational data using statistical and analytical tools to support decisions.
• Build process maps, standard work documentation, and operational performance reports.
• Support the implementation and validation of automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering, or relevant process-improvement experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain; internship or co-op experience is relevant.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with process mapping and statistical tools such as Minitab.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar data-visualization tools.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Co-op or internship experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution using basic Lean or continuous-improvement tools.
