Project Manager

Location: Maplewood, Minnesota, United States; onsite at the hirify.global Center at least four days per week. Travel may include up to 10% domestic or international travel. Relocation is not authorized. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Compensation: $124,127–$151,710, including base pay and eligible variable incentive pay.

What you will do

• Oversee and coordinate a portfolio of consumer product New Product Introduction projects.
• Maintain project timelines, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to track progress, resolve issues, and complete deliverables on time.
• Lead vendor intake, communication, follow-up, documentation, status tracking, and escalations.
• Support portfolio governance through status updates, dashboards, meeting materials, action logs, and clear communications.
• Improve project tracking, reporting, documentation, and portfolio management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least six years of project management experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and clarify risks and opportunities.
• Experience leading global cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or science.
• New product development or consumer product development experience.
• Experience with New Product Introduction processes and executing gate reviews.
• Project Management Professional certification.
